About us
Sunday French Brunch Cooking is a welcoming, reservation‑based cooking group for people who enjoy French food and hands‑on learning. Each session features two French brunch dishes cooked and demonstrated by the host, plus a fully hands‑on activity where every participant makes their own 22 cm French apple tart from scratch. Sessions are led by a host with training in French cuisine, including experience with Escoffier and Ferrandi, focusing on clear techniques that can be recreated at home. All skill levels are welcome. Advance reservation is required due to limited space.
