### Flowing Meditation: Raise Your Frequency & Connect With Like-Minded People
Many people try meditation to feel better, reduce stress, or become more present, yet still find themselves carrying the same thoughts, emotions, and patterns from day to day.
This meditation introduces a simple but powerful flowing technique designed to help energy move more freely through the body. As energy begins to flow, many people experience greater ease, clarity, peace, and presence. It can help you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in the now moment, and more aligned with the version of yourself you want to become.
When we are present and in flow, life often feels less like a struggle and more like a natural unfolding. Rather than forcing, chasing, or trying to control outcomes, we learn to align with a state that supports well-being, creativity, and effortless attraction.
During this gathering, we will:
• Learn and practice the Flowing Meditation technique
• Allow energy to move and release what no longer serves us

There will also be time at the beginning for introductions so you can meet fellow meditators in a welcoming and supportive environment.
