About us

Frequency Shift is a space for people who know there is more to life than what we see on the surface.

We are spiritual beings living a human experience, not humans who occasionally brush up against something spiritual. This group exists to help you explore that truth in a grounded, supportive and practical way.

There is space for everyone here, no matter where you are on your journey or what you feel called to develop. Whether you are newly curious, quietly intuitive, or actively working with psychic or mediumistic abilities, you are welcome.

Through meditation, workshops and awareness classes, we explore spiritual connection, intuitive development, psychic awareness and mediumistic progression at your own pace. Sessions are designed to be accessible, experiential and encouraging, with no pressure to fit a particular label or level.

Expect meditation, discussion and hands-on development in a welcoming community where curiosity is valued and individuality is respected.

Angelic Energies Workshop – Awareness, Connection and Support

This workshop offers a gentle, grounded introduction to working with angelic energies in a safe and supportive way.

Angelic energies are often experienced as qualities of calm, reassurance, guidance and protection rather than dramatic visions or messages. In this session, we focus on awareness and personal experience, helping you to explore how supportive, benevolent energies may show up for you in subtle and practical ways.

The day will include guided meditation to safely connect with an archangel working with the group, practical exercises using angel cards, and plenty of opportunity to practise and explore your own awareness.

The workshop is a blend of meditation, hands-on development and expert tuition, with space for reflection and questions throughout.
There is no expectation to see, hear or sense anything in a particular way, and no requirement to share unless you wish to. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with existing spiritual awareness alike.

Wherever you are on your journey, and whatever you want to develop, there is space for you here.
