Fresh Start - Yoga'pèro

For this next event of Fresh Start, we are trying something new: Yoga'péro 🧘🍷

What better way to end your day than with a fun flow to open up the body, a dip in the lake, and sharing a glass or two of wine/beer & some snacks with beautiful, like-minded people. 🥂😀

This event is designed for you to let go and socialise in the middle of a busy week, in a healthy and fun way. The food will be made up of a variety of dips, vegetables & cheeses amongst other things, all local, fresh and homemade. 🧀🥕 For the drinks, we will be partnering with small local businesses, in order to discover some of the wine and beer of the region.

The exact location is next to the lake (so bring your swimsuit) and easily accessible by public transport, bike or foot 🚌🚴‍♂️🚶‍♀️ from the centre of Lausanne. The precise location will be disclosed a few days before the event by e-mail ✉️

ADDITIONAL INFO:
☀️ Due to the current COVID situation, we will take all necessary precautions in terms of hygiene and we will have enough space to respect social distances.
☀️ Don't hesitate to come alone, these events are designed for you to easily meet new people 🙂
☀️ The yoga class starts at 18h30, so we ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before, to lay down your mat and allow your mind a few minutes to fully arrive.
☀️ The yoga class will be in English (French possible on request) and is for all level, even those who can’t touch their toes 😉
☀️ Bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one let us know in advance and we will find one for you.
☀️ Don't forget your swimsuit & towel in case you want to jump in the lake after the yoga.
☀️ Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options will be available.
☀️ The event is weather dependent, in case of rain you will be fully reimbursed
