For this next edition, we will be flowing and brunching in the beautiful Bois d'Ely in Crassier 🌳 🐝 🌼

Join us for a 1h15 energizing yoga flow (for all levels) followed by soothing sound bath to finish nice and relaxed.🕉️ We will end everything with a delicious an all you can eat vegetarian brunch buffet 🍰 🍊 ☕

This event will be our last outdoor edition. So come and make the most of the last summer sunshine with us! 🌻

The brunch buffet is fully homemade with natural, seasonal and local ingredients. This spread is made to be enjoyed with these local wines. It consists of a mix of salty and sweet deliciousness; nut butter, chia jam, cakes, granola, salty pies, salads, cheese platter... 🧀 🥖 🍓

And the best part is; you can refill your plate as many times as you would like 😬

ADDITIONAL INFO:
☀️ Due to the current COVID situation, we will take all necessary precautions in terms of hygiene and we will have enough space to respect social distances.
☀️ Don't hesitate to come alone, these events are designed for you to easily meet new people 🙂
☀️ The yoga class starts at 10am, so we ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before, to lay down your mat and allow your mind a few minutes to fully arrive.
☀️ The yoga class will be in English (French possible on request) and is for all level, even those who can’t touch their toes 😉
☀️ Bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one let us know in advance and we will find one for you.
☀️ Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options are included in the brunch spread.
