For this first 2021 edition we would like to start “les pieds dans l’eau” next to Lausanne 😎

Join us for an 1h15 energizing yoga flow (for all levels), to open up the body, stimulate blood flow, as well as calm the mind after a busy week 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

After the yoga, replenish your body with wholesome, nourishing, power foods. Indulge in a vegetarian brunch buffet, fully homemade with natural, seasonal and local ingredients. The spread consists of a mix of salty and sweet deliciousness; nut butters, chia jam, cakes, granola, salty pies, salads, cheese platter... And the best part is; you can refill your plate as many times as you would like 😉😬

We can guarantee that you will leave our event feeling energised, empowered and ready to kick start the week ahead 🤗

The exact location will be revealed to you when you sign up to the event but it is very accessible from the center of Lausanne by public transport, by car or even by bike 🚌 🚗 🚲

☀️ The price is CHF 55.- for 1h15 Yoga Class + all you can eat brunch buffet. Student price: 45.-

ADDITIONAL INFO:
☀️ Due to the current COVID situation, we will take all necessary precautions in terms of hygiene and we will have enough space to respect social distances.
☀️ The yoga class starts at 10:00, so we ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes before, to lay down your mat and allow your mind a few minutes to fully arrive.
☀️ The yoga class will be in Franglish (French and English so everybody can follow)
☀️ For all level, even those who can’t touch their toes 😉
☀️ Bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one let us know in advance and we will find one for you.
☀️ Vegan, gluten free and lactose free options are included in the brunch spread.
☀️ The event is outside and will only take place should the weather be good. A decision will be taken in advance and should the weather not be on our side we will reimburse your ticket.
