Come enjoy beautiful Blossom trail ride to Park on the Kings River for potluck picnic, games and fishing. We will be arranging car pools starting at my house, 552 N. Temperance, Fresno Ca 93727 or elsewhere, park fee $5.00/car. RSVP to get headcount.

Winton Park is on the Kings River near the Trimmer Springs - Piedra Road intersection approximately 26 miles east of Fresno. Drive east of Highway 180 (Ventura Street) 17.5 miles to Piedra Road. Turn left on Piedra Road and drive 7.9 miles to the Winton Park on the left.
History
Winton Park was originally developed in 1954 for public recreation by the Fresno County Sportsmen's Club with a lease through the Bureau of Land Management. A portion of Winton Park was once adjacent to the Piedra branch and rail yard of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad. Winton Park was acquired by the County of Fresno on December 12, 1961.
