This is a public event for those who would like to experience the uplifting Sound of Soul and its benefits.

This event includes:

• A description of the HU song and how to practice it
• Reading of a contemplative passage
• A 15-minute HU chant, followed by quiet contemplation
• Friendly spiritual conversation where you may share your insights and ask questions.
