Are you looking for a long-term, reliable circle of friends, or for just one additional good friend in Berlin? In any case, this group is for you.

I am trying to use meetup to create an offline groups of friends.
The group is less oriented towards a certain kind of activities, more towards bringing and keeping compatible people together. Obviously, this will work well with some and less with others, please try and see for yourself. You don't have to be special or extraordinary to be part of the group, normal men and women are all we need. I am just a normal straightforward person in any case.

We use some organization mechanisms to improve the group dynamics and communication:
- A moderated WhatsApp group to stay in touch all the time - please ask for the link if you have not received it in your welcome message. New events are also announced there
- Attendance check before the event via meetup messages or via WhatsApp when necessary (like when few people registered)
- Organization of events at home like house parties, cooking together, board games, jam sessions. We do pre-checks like videocalls on new members for those events.
- You are regularly asked to suggest events you would like to be organized, and you can also help as an organizer yourself.
- We encourage groups of people using their local language to get a closer connection. The main languages are French, Spanish, English and German. Of course this gives also some opportunities to improve foreign language skills.
