What we’re about
This is a private social group, not a singles dating group. For those nearing and over 50 - at least 40 something to 70 something. Meetup on Friday at a local pub, bar or happy hour event.

Please keep in mind...
Membership to any meetup group is both a privilege and an honor. The organizer of this group pays fees to Meetup as a community endeavor without reimbursement. The Leadership Team members volunteer their time to organize and host events.
RSVP Policies ...so far
1. Cancelation the day of the event will be counted as a "no show" unless it's an emergency, illness, sudden change in work schedule, or transportation issue - please post a message on the event comments to "excuse" you from an infraction.
2. If running more than 5 minutes late or cannot make it, please post a message on the event comments so the event is not overshadowed as to your whereabouts - we do care about our members.
3. Two "no shows" within a six-month window may get you moved to the waitlist after you RSVP to an event - if a large waitlist, you might get moved to the waitlist after one "no show"
4. Three (3) "no shows" will invite removal from the group. This does not apply if you were added to the "going" list the day of the event.
