Kayakers and paddle boarders! Grab those waterproof Christmas lights and come on down to Black Miners Bar at Lake Natoma, Folsom Lake State Recreation Area! This location is off Greenback Ln on the Orangevale side of the River. Drive into the park at about 7:15. The sunset is at 8:12 pm this Friday night. Unload your vessels, park in the upper lot and decorate your floats and boats.

We will have a great time meeting new people and making a splash! Wear off the stress of the week in the beauty of nature on Friday nights. Let’s show them our lights Sacramento!

There is a public bathroom at the park, but boat rentals are closed. This is a BYOV (Bring your own vessel) event. You may choose to bring a floating picnic or drink. That is up to you! Water safety is your responsibility. There are no life guards on duty.
