🐘💛Our Meetup, which started in September 2024, has now reached its 9th event!
There may have been times when the planning or execution felt a bit lacking, or when the event didn’t quite meet your expectations.

But, we’ve always organized these gatherings with the hope of creating enjoyable moments for everyone and helping you make wonderful new friends.

Though we know we still have room to grow, our hearts are filled with gratitude for everyone who has participated in our events so far.

We hope to gather again next year and continue sharing great times together.

Here's What We Can Reveal..💡

💬💫Shuffle Talk
At the beginning of the event, we’ll divide into small groups for an icebreaker activity.
We’ve prepared some fun, winter-themed conversation topics for you! 🤭

The groups will be shuffled after each round so you can talk with as many people as possible.

🎁Gift Exchange Time (Optional)
Circle around a pile of wrapped gifts while festive music plays!
When the music stops, the gift in front of you is yours🎉

❓How to Participate:

Bring a gift (around ¥500) if you wish to join the exchange!
Not bringing a gift? No worries, you’ll still enjoy watching it🤭
If the gift you receive is food, please note that it cannot be consumed inside the venue.
We kindly ask that you enjoy it outside the venue after the event concludes.

💝A Small Gift Giveaway

The two winners of rock-paper-scissors will receive a small gift!
As of 12/7/2024, we have a small gift for the member who has attended the most events!

Once the shuffle talk is over, we’ll move into free talk time!
You can chat freely with anyone you like, without being tied to a group.
Enjoy casual conversations with new friends!

🎫Participation Fee - Please pay in Cash

¥1,500
→ If you bring your friends, their participation is also ¥1,500
Please kindly bring the exact amount of ¥1,500 in cash for the participation fee. Neither the venue nor we will be able to provide change. Thank you for your cooperation!

✅Participation Requirements

A minimum of 2 orders per person is required by the venue. (Cash, VISA, PayPay, etc.)
🍹Drinks: ¥600~
🍕Food: ¥500~ (Pizza here is so tasty!!)

Many participants come alone, but you’re more than welcome to join with friends!
Enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can make wonderful new connections!

Please be aware that photos will be taken during the event.
If you prefer not to be photographed, we kindly ask that you stay out of the camera's view.

Additionally, we ask that you refrain from any network marketing (MLM) solicitations any behavior that may disturb other participants, including persistent advances or unwelcome behavior.
Should such actions be observed, you may be asked to leave the event, even if you have already paid the participation fee.

🐘💛2024年9月にスタートしたミートアップも、今回でついに9回目となりました！
企画や運営が少し物足りなかったり、皆さんの期待に十分応えられなかった回もあったかもしれません。

それでも、少しでも楽しい時間を皆さんと共有し、新しい素敵な友達づくりのお手伝いができればと思い、企画をしてきました。

まだまだ力不足なところもありますが、これまでイベントに参加してくださった皆さんには感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
本当にありがとうございます！

イベントの最初に、少人数のグループに分かれてアイスブレイクゲームを行います。
冬にちなんだお題を用意しています🤭
ラウンドごとにグループをシャッフルして、より多くの人と話せるようにします。たくさんの人と繋がる絶好のチャンスです！

持参したプレゼントをみんなで囲み、音楽とともに交換タイム！
