In Edinburgh, I've always been intrigued by the story of Deacon Brodie, which inspired Robert Louis Stevenson to write his famous tale "Jekyll & Hyde". Anyway, THIS tall tale looks like an interesting premise! Hope you think so too!

(BTW you may want to pair up with someone and become a Friend to get 2-4-1s throughout the Fringe.)
Tickets are £10 /£8 and it's on 2-4-1 for Friends.
Book your ticket here:-

NB I'll be collecting £2 Meetup fee (contactless) from attendees.

"Deacon Brodie isn’t that well known out of Edinburgh. Yet he inspired Robert Louis Stevenson to write Jekyll and Hyde. Similarly, Stanley isn’t that well known outside of Stockport. Yet he’s campaigned with Napoleon AND been up Everest with Mallory. Maybe, anyway. By day, in the 18th Century, Deacon Brodie was a respectable cabinetmaker and councillor. Whereas by night, he was a masked burglar in Edinburgh's Old Town.
Somehow, Stanley gets roped into his escapades. And he could flipping well swing for it. In public!"
