Brighton Festival: Dark Noon
Details
This show looks really good, and I thought I'd grab my chance to see it now as I've already missed my chance to see it in Edinburgh!
I've booked on-stage unreserved bench seating for £30, but if you're even slightly less nuts than me, you may wish to book reserved seating for £35!
Book your ticket (£35/£30) at:-
https://brightonfestival.org/whats-on/XbW-dark-noon/
Show starts at 2 pm - and I'll be queuing for my unreserved seat from 1.30. If most of us are in reserved seats, we'll meet afterwards.
NB I'll be collecting £2 Meetup fee (contactless) from attendees.
"A mind-blowing theatrical experience – a brutal reimagining of the history of America
Dark Noon by fix+foxy flips the script on the Wild West, envisioning US history as absurd, horrifying and deeply profound. A pioneer town springs up in real time as an extraordinary cast of South African actors rebuild the frontier through an outsider’s lens. With slapstick humour, satire and breath-taking stagecraft, the show comes fresh from five-star runs at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Factory International Manchester, St. Ann’s Warehouse New York and Sydney Festival."
