Tuesday Friendly Volleyball in Mayfield Park

Hi Everyone,

You are very welcome to another volleyball evening!

Let's use up the good weather and daylight until we can!

To respect the available limited places I ask everyone who signed up to confirm your attendance latest 9 am on Tuesday morning.

Please write it down below the comments you are still coming or something similar.

If you don't confirm your spot you will be placed to the waiting list.

Waiting list people can check back by 12 noon whether they got the place.

I hope this is fair for everyone.

Why do you need to confirm your spot? Because you might forget to come or you might get sick or too busy the last minute.

I don't mind when you confirm your willingness to come surely. What I will check is whether those who are on the coming list confirmed their spot in the comments. If not I presume you are not coming and placed to waiting list.

If you don't come although you did confirm that you come then please explain why you didn't come.

The only reason I am asking this because people from waiting list can miss out the fun because someone didn't cancel their spot although not coming.
