Details
** Update **
If you are lucky enough to have a ticket for this event, hit the "Read more" link below and then scroll down to the line-of-asterisks separator for seven important info-updates on this event.
The 9th of August 2026 is a day you will not forget.. A full day of the finest quality deep-house music of the moment, courtesy of the genre-leading Anjunadeep label, as they send out the biggest-name DJ's in the scene one after another, for set after set of feel-good summer tunes.
Taking place in the magnificent Old Royal Naval College grounds near Greenwich in Central London (as it did last year) people travel from all over the world and come together to experience this outstanding annual event. Unfortunately, as happens every year: the cheapest tickets sell very quickly, and the event will sell out shortly afterwards, so be sure to waste no time in getting yours bought.

We'll meet and hang out together inside for what will be a spine-tingling experience of cutting-edge dance music.
You don't have to imagine it - soaking up the amazing atmosphere in this stunning location, you'll breathe in the summer air with a huge smile on your face and nod your head to the beat of the music in approval.
I appreciate some of you wont know what your plans are for August yet, but stalling is often the reason people miss out on our superb summer ticketed events. If you make the decision and buy your ticket now you'll be glad you did. Last year there were some people who ignored the rush for tickets thinking they could make their mind up nearer the time, and were gutted when August came round, because the event was long-since sold out and they had no choice but to stay at home and wonder what could have been.
As you'll see in the video clips from last year (link below) the demographic of attendees is just like us Friendly Faces - people in their 30's/40's, taking it easy with laid-back dance-moves - not too energetic, no crazy drunkenness. Certainly not the place for sweaty saucer-eyed ravers burning themselves out!
Speaking as an attendee last year (and the year before) I'd describe it as the perfect combination of great music and down-to-earth people enjoying an unforgetable summers day out.
Hit the "attend" button now to be kept informed, and then check out the link below which contains all the official info you'll need, and we'll arrange a meet spot inside nearer the date.
Those of us who have beaten the rush for tickets have all opted for the Standard pre-3pm tickets, so theres no need to fork out for the VIP experience unless you really want to.
When you've got your ticket secured, it'll be a long wait until the big day, but rest assured : all our current ticket-holders are looking forward to seeing you there!

** UPDATE **
1 Intro
Hi Guys. Here is an update about the big day, which is almost upon us!
Unsurprisingly, tickets for this incredibly popular event are now all sold out, although I believe there is a ticket waiting list if you want to try your luck!
This will be my third year at the big summer Anjunadeep London event, and conveniently last year's event was at the same location as this year's, so as I cannot find a FAQ page for this year's event - I'm happy to share below a few pointers on how to prepare / what to expect.
2 Finding each other / Sticking together
Looking at the attendees list on the meetup event, it seems that we are travelling from all over the country to be there, and we will surely arrive at different times. So as with previous years, let's all get inside before linking up.
When I arrive and get inside I'll pick a suitable spot/landmark in the venue that we can call our own and stay close to throughout the day, and I'll put a message here on the event page to let everyone know where it is. Then if anyone decides to take a wander at any point, we'll all know where to head back to afterwards.
3 Weather
The forecast says it's going to be 30 degrees in London on Sunday afternoon, and there is limited shade in the exposed open space in front of the DJ's. It was a hot day in 2024 and 2025 too. Fortunately that will pass after a few hours, and it'll cool down into the evening, however - for the first half of the day it's important to be sensible and prepare for the sun and for the heat.
4 Accessories
They donβt put any tags on your wrist when you walk in. This means that if you leave, you can't get back in again. No exceptions. Your ticket won't work a second time. So it's important that when you walk in that big entrance - you are fully prepared for the day with all the things (allowed things) that you're likely to need.
It goes without saying that you should wear light clothing, however it's still worth tying an extra layer (jacket or jumper) round your waist for when it gets cooler in the evening. Applying a healthy layer of sun-cream beforehand is a must, and not a bad idea to bring the bottle to top-up throughout the day as needed.
One of the guys at the 2024 event wore a plain scarlet red bucket hat, which proved absolutely invaluable in finding him among the crowds! So I've bought my own red bucket hat on amazon to wear at this year's event and I strongly recommend that you all do the same. I think in the hot weather a hat is a must to protect you from the rays, so whatever headgear you opt for - make sure its scarlet red! π€ (p.s. Amazon has loads)
I'd also recommend a bum-bag (or fanny-pack or whatever the proper name is!) to stash your essentials like your suncream, bottle of water, shades, any valuables, etc.
And comfy trainers! Anyone wearing tight shoes is in for a world of pain!
Ladies : Last year there was a bag-size-limit of, I quote, "A4". I'm not sure if that's the case this year, but its still something to consider.
5 Food / Drinks
Staff on the door will search you from head to toe and take absolutely everything off you that even remotely resembles food or drink. They even took a pack of chewing gum off me last year, so it's pointless to try and get anything past them. Fortunately there was a decent selection of food stalls all bunched together in a special food area last year offering many types of junk-food that you could wish for, plus there was a long well-staffed bar selling beer, spirits, etc - which will surely be there again. Also, right over at the back behind the food stalls, there was a tap protruding from the wall, with rarely less than half a dozen people queueing at it - to top up their containers with water for free.
Last year it was ok to take an empty "non-glass" bottle in the door with you, but with no FAQ this year we'll just have to assume it'll be the same. Failing that, empty cups from the bar can of course be refilled with water as required.
6 Socialising
I can say from experience (and due to not having met everyone on the attendees list) that we will surely have different plans/expectations. For example, some may wish to dance non-stop for the whole day, and some may not be quite so full of energy! Inevitably, some may want to break away from the group to do different things at different times as the day goes on (e.g. dance right at the front / dance in different spots / get some food / drink / visit the toilet) which is all perfectly fine of course.
Meetup is about socialising and making connections, but obviously this event is less about chatting and networking and more about everyone getting what they want from this awesome occasion, particularly enjoying the incredible music and amazing location in whatever way you choose!
7 Finally
Any more questions let me know and I'll do my best to answer.
This event is one of the musical highlights of the year for me and I simply cannot wait!
The meetup side of things in bringing us together will succeed as it always does, and I'm pretty sure you won't have any complaints - but if you do, just ask and I'll try and find you the Above&Beyond guys address to write to! π
If I donβt talk to you again before the day - keep your eye on the event page for my message about a spot to gather inside the venue, and I'll look forward to seeing you there! π
Dean.
