About us

The voice in your head isn't telling you the whole truth.

It whispers that you're not attractive enough, successful enough, or lovable enough to have the life you really want.

That's ego — and it's very convincing.

Like a movie in your mind, ego pulls your attention from what's actually happening, into the drama of a painful past or a terrifying future. It happens in relationships, on dating apps, in the heat of an argument, or in a text you've reread one too many times.

Here's the thing: you don't have to believe it.

In this Meetup, we treat those stressful moments as an invitation — a chance to look at what we're actually thinking and believing, since that's the real cause of our suffering.

Together, we practice The Work of Byron Katie: four simple questions that cut straight through the stress that you may have been carrying for years.

You've actually shifted beliefs before...

Whether you grew up believing in Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, or perfect fairy tale happy endings, you know the feeling: once you learned the truth, you couldn't unsee it.

Relationship stress is at the heart of what we focus on — as it shows up in a variety of ways: through loneliness, shame & guilt, loss and rejection, self-doubt, and seeking love and approval from others.

We also host a monthly session for gay & bi men and the broader LGBTQIA+ community.

No experience is needed to join — just an open mind and a willingness to investigate your beliefs.

Come as you are. Leave with more clarity.
