About us

Most of us grew up feeling like we didn't quite fit.

And even after coming out — finding community, building a life — that feeling doesn't always go away.

It shows up in relationships that don't work the way we hoped.

In dating apps that leave us feeling more alone than before.

And in the quiet voice that says we're not attractive enough, successful enough, or lovable enough to have what we really want.

Here, we take an honest look at those stressful thoughts — not to analyze them endlessly, but to question them.

Together we'll practice self-inquiry, using a simple yet powerful meditative process called The Work of Byron Katie — it's just four questions that have a way of dismantling the stress we've been carrying for years.

You don't need experience with The Work. And you certainly don't need to have it all together. You just need to be willing to look.

This is a safe space for gay & bi men, the broader LGBTQIA+ community, and our allies.

Events are held over Zoom.

At every session, you'll get hands-on experience with The Work: identifying your stressful thoughts and discovering a new perspective that brings relief through greater clarity and self-realization.

Each event focuses on a specific theme — relationships, self-worth, loneliness, rejection, and more.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
