In our very first session, you'll get a real, hands-on experience of self-inquiry using The Work of Byron Katie.

Bryan will walk you through the core worksheets we use — the Judge-Your-Neighbor worksheet (JYN) and the One-Belief-At-A-Time worksheet (OBAAT) — so you know exactly how to use them.

Then you'll watch a live demonstration of The Work in action, and you'll have the chance to practice with a partner in small breakout groups.

In every session, Bryan guides you through the inquiry process, so you never need to come prepared. Just show up with something that's been on your mind.

*This Intro session runs 2 hours and goes deeper into how to practice The Work than our regular weekly sessions. It's a great starting point — and it's offered monthly, so there's always an opportunity to experience it.
