Join us on this walk starting from Shalford station, heading to The Chantries (hills of the North Downs Way), Pewley Down and Guildford museum (free entry and toilets available). The above photo was taken on 3rd Jan 2026.
DOGS WELCOME (though not allowed in the museum).
We will finish back at The Queen Victoria pub which is next to Shalford station.
There will be no pub/coffee stop on the way though there is at the end. There are toilets at the start and in the museum. We should end about 4.30pm.
Please note that this walk is NOT accessible by wheelchair users and there are some uphill walks. (Anyone who has walked up Box Hill will be fine).
Parking around Tillingbourne Rd (Near Shalford Infants School). Meet outside The Queen Victoria pub next to Shalford Railway Station. Look out for me in a hi-vis top.
