Hiking marathon

Hello Adventurers!
The idea of testing our hiking abilities appeared quite a while ago, when some people mentioned joining the famous Prčice hike. But because I do not enjoy hiking in huge crowds of people, I started to think about organizing our own hiking "marathon" (and by using this word I do not mean a 42.195 km race, but rather something you do for a long period of time till you drop :)
For couple of years this was just an idea, which this year suddenly transformed in my head from "we should do it sometime" into "let's do it".

Trail: Hiking
Grade: this one is beyond all grades, we just hike till we drop
Total distance: 70 km

• Itinerary:
July 24th, we will take a train to Žďár n.Sázavou, where we will stay overnight.
July 25th, we will start hiking very early in the morning (cca 5-6 am, will be agreed on later) and continue till we cannot go further and take available connection to Ledeč nad Sázavou, where we will stay overnight.
July 26th, we will go back to Prague
Possible finishing points:
- Havlíčkův Brod (35 km from the start)
- Okrouhlice (45 km from the start)
- Světlá n.Sázavou (55 km from the start)
- Smrčná (60 km from the start)
- Vilémovice (65 km from the start)
• Travel info:
→ July 24th: 16:04 (17:04, 18:04, 19:04) R 989 Vysočina train to Žďár n.Sázavou
← July 26th: any preferred connection back to Prague. Stay in Ledeč and check it out, or go straight back home after breakfast.
• Accommodation and price:
Accommodation cost is 1250 CZK for two nights, both with breakfast included.
It is required to pay a deposit beforehand (please contact Jasminka for payment details), which will not be returned in case of no-show.
• What to bring
The most comfortable hiking shoes, socks and clothes you have, waterproof, flashlight, water, snacks (we will stop for lunch/dinner on the way)
