Plzeň and Hradec beach – Bike&Swim 85km

Hello Adventurers,

Summer is back! Time for another Bike&Swim trip. This Sunday we will go to Plzen, and then wander off towards a nice quarry beach (Hradec), have a swim, lizzardize a bit, and then head back to Plzen and catch a first available train back to Prague.

• General info:
Trail: Cycling
Grade: Medium. The terrain is a bit hilly, there will be one major hill on the way, which in turn comes with a viewpoint. Pace will be as relaxed as possible.

• Getting there and back:
→We will take the 7:35 EC 360 Bavorsky expres from Praha Hl.n. to Plzeň
← We will loop our ride back in Plzeň and take a first available train back to Prague. Connections are frequent.
Please buy your own bike ticket! If they sell out, you can still get on the train, but without bike.
I will buy a group ticket, please let me know if you want to be on one.

• What to bring
-A serviced bike! Anything but road and city bikes.
-Layers, layers, layers
-Waterproof and sunscreen
-Swimsuit, towel
-Tea/coffee/water/snacks & lunch to keep you going
-Some cash for possible gastro stop (not sure if cashless payment is universally accepted)
-It's a good idea to have a map app installed on your phone
