Bezděz castle & Machovo jezero – 27 km

Dear Adventurers,
This Sunday we’re heading out for a full-day hike to Bezděz Castle and Máchovo jezero. Get ready for some forest trails and lakeside views!

• General Info:
Trail: walking
Grade: 4-5 km/hour. ↑ ~400 m | ~400 m↓

• Travel info:
→ We will take a train R21 at 7:22 from Praha hlavní nádraží to Všetaty, than a bus and finally a train R22 to Doksy.
← We will finish our hike in Doksy and there are plenty connections to choose from back to Prague.
⚠️Please buy your own train ticket from Prague.

💡Pro tip:
The morning train R21 stops at Praha-Vysočany and Praha-Čakovice as well, so you can join us there.

• What to bring
-Comfortable hiking footwear.
-Waterproof (just in case).
-Tea/coffee/water/snacks & lunch to keep you going.
-It's a good idea to have a map app installed on your phone.
