Friends Forest Tour #27 - Wood Dale Grove

Our hike in November will be exploring Wood Dale Grove. The two trails combined make up roughly a mile total, so we will be making multiple loops to hit 3 miles over an hour.

There is plenty of parking here, so feel free to invite friends! This also looks like a great spot to visit again with friends and family and enjoy a nice picnic.

We should be facing some colder weather going for this hike, but I certainly enjoying seeing these trails in different seasons!

Fun fact, this is the 2nd to last preserve in the DuPage Forest Preserve Trail Guide that our group has left to hike to complete the book! I’ve been keeping track of where and when we go places, so we can revisit preserves in different seasons and on different trails at larger preserves in the future!
