Let’s spend Sunday immersing in calmness, peace, and learning something new about ourselves.
In this introduction to meditation, we’ll gather under the open sky, surrounded by nature, to reconnect with our breath and presence. The session is designed especially for beginners, so no prior experience is needed.

#### 🌿 What to Expect:

  1. Introductory Talk (15–20 min):
  • What is meditation?
  • Why do people meditate?
  • How it can help in everyday life.
  • Types of meditation and which one we’ll try.
  • Answers to your questions.
  1. Guided Meditation (20–30 min):
  • Simple breath and awareness techniques.
  • Time to be silent, observe, and gently notice.
  1. Sharing / Reflection Circle (optional):
  • You can share what you felt, ask anything, or just listen.
  1. Time for casual connection:
  • Stay after the session to talk, walk, or relax together.

### 🔔 Please Remember:

  • 🧺 Bring a yoga mat, towel, or anything soft to sit on.
  • 💧 Bring water to stay hydrated.
  • 🌦 The event may be postponed in case of bad weather.
  • 🕰 Please arrive on time so we can begin together.
  • 👥 This is a limited member event. Please RSVP only if you're certain you can attend.
  • ❌ No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 12h before start) for two events may result in removal from the group.
  • 🚫 We unfortunately cannot accept people from the waiting list or unconfirmed guests.
