Maastricht Castle Tour on Bike

This Saturday I will organise a bicycle tour past some of the castles near maastricht. We will start at the "oog van Sint Pieter" near Fort Sint Pieter and end at Vrijthof. In this three hour tour we will pass by castles such as Lichtenberg, Neercanne, apostlehoeve, fountain of Saint Servatius and Bastion Waldeck.

The starting point is in front of Chalet Bergrust. Be aware that this is already upslope. The group will leave at 10.15.

- check your bike brakes as we will be doing a lot of down hill cycling... and that stops being fun when you hit 50 km/h :-D

- city bike works perfect as long as the brakes work perfect.

- Wear sunblock and bring some water. The weather is expected to be excellent.
