Free boat rides on York Stream, Maidenhead

Join us for a free boat ride on York Stream in Maidenhead. See the town from the water and hear the story of how this network of flood ditches was brought back to life.
Friends of Maidenhead Waterways is offering boat rides in our maintenance boats as part of Maidenhead PaddleFest. Each ride will be about 15 minutes Life jackets will be provided. Maximum 6 passengers on our biggest boat Yorkie.
Boat rides begin at 1100 and end at 1300. Meet at Daisy the Alligator statue beneath Bombay Story restaurant.
First come first served. Priority will be given to people who sign up below, stating your preferred time and the number of guest you want to bring. We will post updates nearer the time.
In the event of severe weather, boat trips will be postponed.
