Free boat rides on York Stream, Maidenhead

Join us for a free boat ride on York Stream in Maidenhead. See the town from the water and hear the story of how this network of flood ditches was brought back to life.
Friends of Maidenhead Waterways is offering rides in our maintenance boats. Each trip will be about 15 minutes. Life jackets will be provided. Maximum 6 passengers per trip in our biggest boat Yorkie.
Boat rides begin at 1000 and end at 1200. Meet at Daisy the Alligator statue on the concrete quay below Bombay Story restaurant.
First come first served. Priority will be given to people who sign up below. Please state below if you want to bring guests with you.

NOTE: ON SATURDAY WE WILL ONLY HAVE ONE BOAT ON THE WATER. IT WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. IF IT IS BUSY WE MAY HAVE TO TURN PEOPLE AWAY. ARRIVE EARLY IF YOU CAN AND PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WAIT.
