York Stream bank clearing Maidenhead

Please join us to help maintain York Stream. We will be cutting back brambles and overhanging branches next to the waterway, using secateurs, loppers and rakes.

This will improve access for the waterway for paddlers and scouts who use waterway for canoe trips.

We need to do this now before the bird nesting season begins in March.

Wear sturdy boots and clothes suitable for working outside including raincoat. Gloves and tools will be provided along with refreshments. Finish by midday.
