Hello Pocahontas Volunteers,
As we approach the close of another successful season, Pocahontas State Park would like to extend our sincere appreciation to each of you for your valuable service and dedication throughout the year.
To recognize your contributions, we are pleased to invite all active volunteers to a Volunteer Appreciation Picnic, generously sponsored by the Friends of Pocahontas. A catered barbecue lunch will be provided, and park staff will present superlative awards to honor a selection of volunteers for their outstanding efforts. We hope you’ll join us for good food, great company, and a well-deserved celebration of all that you do!
