## Meeting Place: Park Entrance

This week we will meet at the front entrance. We have several plants to install in the main park entrance sign bed. We'll do some weeding in all the entrance signs while we're there, and then head down to the CCC museum to do some weeding ahead of some additional planting here next month.

In general, we typically work in the park managing the gardens, installing new plants, transplanting and weeding to keep the park looking good and healthy. No experience required. Bring your favorite garden tools, kneeling pad and gloves. You may also want to bring water and a light snack. As you accumulate volunteer hours it will allow you to earn a state-wide park pass and other rewards.
