## Meeting Place: Main Park Entrance

We will work on weeding and installing new plants in the sign beds at the main entrance to the park. Park in the large field to the right as you enter. Despite the sign, we can pull in and park there.

In general, we typically work in the park managing the gardens, installing new plants, transplanting and weeding to keep the park looking good and healthy. No experience required. Bring your favorite garden tools, kneeling pad and gloves. You may also want to bring water and a light snack. As you accumulate volunteer hours it will allow you to earn a state-wide park pass and other rewards.
