## Meeting Place: Visitor Center Parking Lot

This week we will work on weeding and planting in the main native plant garden and around the visitor center. The new bee hotel has now been installed in the native plant garden!

In general, we typically work in the park managing the gardens, installing new plants, transplanting and weeding to keep the park looking good and healthy. No experience required. Bring your favorite garden tools, kneeling pad and gloves. You may also want to bring water and a light snack. As you accumulate volunteer hours it will allow you to earn a state-wide park pass and other rewards.
