## Meeting Place: Aquatic Center

With all of this rain, we are going to have some weeding to do. We will start at the pool this week to get that looking good as the weather is forecasted to be quite nice this upcoming weekend with plenty of visitors using the pool.

In general, we typically work in the park managing the gardens, installing new plants, transplanting and weeding to keep the park looking good and healthy. No experience required. Bring your favorite garden tools, kneeling pad and gloves. You may also want to bring water and a light snack. As you accumulate volunteer hours it will allow you to earn a state-wide park pass and other rewards.
