First Trail Work day of the year

Friends of Ute Pass Trails will be hosting its first trail work day of the season on Saturday May 9th. Come out and play in the dirt with us! Unlike other meet-up groups, this is a two step process for sign-up. You will need to email friendsofutepass@gmail.com to sign up and also reserve a spot on this meet-up page.

When you email friendsofutepass@gmail.com, you will be asked about your experience level (people with no trail experience are very welcome) and also what types of work you may or may not be comfortable with. We will give you the location and time to meet that day. Usually we go from 8am to 1pm and then provide you a free lunch. You should bring work gloves, wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water and long pants for our adventure. Please be prepared to meet some wonderful people, have a lot of fun and maybe learn some new skills! Find out more about our group at friendsofutepass.org.
