This is going to be a different experience from what we have done before. We will be enjoying the Collective Tasting.
Enjoy a comprehensive tasting of eight wines, featuring Antica Terra and Lillian wines alongside a rotating selection of inspirational bottlings from around the world. The tasting can cover a vast range – from grower Champagne and Grand cru Burgundy, to esoteric bottlings made from rare, indigenous grapes and from winemakers employing innovative techniques that advance the limits of flavor. Wines are served with a soigné selection of seasonal snacks from Antica Terra Chef, Timothy Wastell.
The cost is $125. I am still researching if I need to collect ahead of time.
