Join Urban Adventure Club for an unforgettable hike to the breathtaking Alamere Falls, one of the Bay Area's hidden natural gems. This isn't just any waterfall - it's a stunning 40-foot tidefall that cascades directly into the Pacific Ocean, one of only two such waterfalls in California!

Our adventure begins with a scenic hike through the diverse landscapes of Point Reyes National Seashore. We'll traverse lush forests, meadows teeming with wildlife, and serene coastal trails, culminating in the grand spectacle of Alamere Falls. Once there, we'll take a break to relax, enjoy our packed lunches, and soak in the beauty of the falls, the beach, and the ocean

After our break, we'll begin our journey back, carrying with us the unforgettable memories of a beautiful day spent amidst nature.

The trail is 13.7 miles in length with 1,817 feet of elevation gain and is rated as challenging. There are some steep sections, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. But fear not - the rewarding views of the falls and the surrounding vistas make every step worth it. (Alltrails map & details)
