Join DCR for a Hike at Scusset Beach State Reservation
Sagamore, MA - A Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation (DCR) staff-led hike will take place at Scusset Beach State Reservation on Sunday, October 25 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
We will hike a moderate 5-mile route along a dynamic coastal landscape. We’ll start at the Fish Pier Parking Lot, hike up and around Sagamore Hill, through the coastal woods, over the beach to the jetty, and along the Cape Cod Canal paved walking and biking path.

Hike is free; no parking fees. Dress for the weather, wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring layers, drinking water and snacks. Consider your needs for sunscreen and insect repellent. For adults 16+. Meet at the Fish Pier Parking Lot at 20 Scusset Beach Road in Sagamore. Restrooms available at beginning and end of hike route. Inclement weather will cancel.
