Ecological Restoration at Illinois Beach State Park
Illinois Beach State Park Nature Center, Patomos Ave, Zion, IL, USJoin a friendly group of volunteers in restoring the unique dunesland ecosystem at Illinois Beach State Park!

We will meet at the Illinois Beach Nature Center parking lot a few minutes before 9am. TActivities may include girdling trees, scouting for and treating crown vetch, and hand pulling sweet clover, all in an effort to preserve our natural ecosystems! Bring water and a snack to share if you'd like. All work tools provided. Everyone is invited to come, learn, lead, eat and make a difference.
