Together, using the “Eat That Frog” method, we’ll kick off the day motivated and focused – ideal for anyone who loves body doubling and needs a boost in productivity.

This format is especially suited for individuals with ADHD-like symptoms or neurodivergent people who benefit from the support of body doubling. It’s easier to stay focused and tackle challenges together.

What is the “Eat That Frog” method?
The “Eat That Frog” method is a simple but effective time management technique designed to help overcome procrastination. The concept originates from a quote by Mark Twain: “Eat a live frog first thing in the morning, and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day.” The “frog” symbolizes the most important or challenging task of the day. By completing this first, you start the day with a sense of accomplishment, making the rest of your day more productive and relaxed.

What is body doubling, and how does it help?
Body doubling is a method where you work on your tasks in the presence of another person – either physically or virtually. Especially for neurodivergent individuals, such as those with ADHD, the mere presence of a “body double” can boost focus and motivation. This technique works by minimizing distractions and creating a sense of accountability, without the other person needing to actively intervene. It’s like a silent anchor for increased productivity.
