This is a depth-oriented support circle for those ready to move from coping with food to living consciously and embodied.
Each gathering includes:
• Somatic awareness practices
• Guided reflection and group support
• Practical eating and living strategies
• Meditation with sound and mantra
This is not a diet group.
This is not about restriction.
This is about learning to feel, regulate, and respond instead of react.
Together we create a safe, grounded space to explore emotional eating through the lenses of body awareness, nervous system healing, fitness, and spirituality.
