Welcome to our group.

You may be asking yourself: Why did we choose the name From Realtor to Investor for the group? Well, the reason is that we simply grew tired of just earning a commission. Cesar and I are licensed Real Estate Broker/Agents with many years of experience working in all aspects of the business helping others with their Real Estate needs. We have specialized in Commercial Real Estate and honestly love helping others. So please do not misunderstand us. Over the years we have earned good money on commission, but as many of you have experienced, once you close the sale you have to look for or have other deals in the pipeline to cover the following month's expenses. I don't know if you can relate to this?

We have worked with and seen how the investors we have served buy, fix and sell their properties earning much more money than our commissions. We have also helped other investors purchase properties which they then rent out, yielding a residual income stream known as "CASH FLOW."

A few years ago we decided that we didn't want to work into our retirement and that we needed to build a system that would produce residual income for us every month without us being present. We learned that the best way to do this is through real estate. We have built this group to help others with successful strategies that we have learned and put into practice.
