Let me show you how I use JavaScript to power my Christmas light display, from creating animations, to communicating between controllers over Ethernet, to creating a web application that allows anyone to visit my display and control the lights, in real time. I'll provide an overview of the tech stack, how people's devices can talk to my lights, and all things in between.
