Web Security for Front-End Developers

Details
Please note: this meetup is at our Rotterdam office!
Web security is not just for back-end developers!
Philippe De Ryck (Web Security Expert at imec-DistriNet Research Group, KU Leuven) explains why and how front-end developers should make sure their web applications are secure. He will cover practical attacks and review a few best practices that should not be considered optional anymore.
Our own Marko Malis will present a quiz to find out the current understanding of web security, followed by colleague Declan Rek, who will talk about the balance between performance and privacy when creating web apps.
