**Nick Tsim - React Server Components in 2025: Where are we at?**

Server Components were one of React’s most debated features when they launched in 2023. Two years on, they’re production-ready, but have they delivered? In this talk, we’ll break down what they are, how they work, and whether they’re finally ready for prime time in 2025.

**Tom Baker - Landing Your First Front-End Developer Role**

In this talk, I’ll share how I went from teaching myself to landing a full-time role as a front-end developer at a digital agency. I’ll talk about what helped me stand out (and what didn’t), mistakes I made that you can avoid, and what we actually look for in a junior developer when hiring. Whether you’re switching careers or just getting started, this session is packed with real-world advice from someone who’s been where you are.
