What is Geek Mental Help Week?
Geek Mental Help Week ( http://geekmentalhelp.com/ ) is a week-long series of articles, podcasts and events about mental health issues in the tech industry. Originally set up by a group of UK-based tech professionals, the events have grown over the last few years and are designed to encourage people to start talking about mental health. This year the events have also expanded to include locations in Australia, including Perth.
What else are we doing?
As part of Geek Mental Help Week, Fenders will be hosting several events to raise awareness of the importance of mental health as well as provide an opportunity to take time out and de-stress.
