Pikes Peak Plummet - Shuttle

26 miles, 1000' of climbing, and 6500' of descending - yew!! Shuttle up to 14,000' and throw yourself and your bike back down to the Springs

Shuttle up with Dawn to Dusk Adventures to the top of Pikes Peak ($20 + entry fee), and choose your own adventure down! Most popular path is Elk Park-Lake Moraine-Kineo Mtn, but some will take Barr Trail to Manitou.

We'll meet our driver at the Ivywild Schoolhouse food hall, load up, and head into Pikes Peak mountain park - plan to leave promptly at the posted time, get there early and get your bikes ready. THE FOOD HALL IS NOT OPEN IN THE MORNING SO PLAN TO USE THE BATHROOM PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Also plan on taking the whole day to complete this ride. Most folks will hang out at the food hall after the ride for a drink and bite and make fun of who fell the hardest.

Please send me $20 for the shuttle ride when you sign up to lock in your spot! (@B_Simon - last four, 2915). NOTE: we are going to attempt to pay for a single car's entry into Pikes, but be prepared to pay an individual entry fee. Organizer will take care of the entry time reservation.

I'll have spares to support any mechanical issues but please bring what you think you'll need, INCLUDING FOOD AND DRINKS, along with spare tube, patch kit, pump etc.
