Lucky us, it's Spring Time in Colorado!!
(*From late January): Just a quick intro- as I jumped on an impulse this morning. I saw this Group was in danger of closing, so I took over as Organizer. Hi! My name is Jason, and I grew up here in Fort Collins. Graduated RMHS, and swiftly moved to Hollywood, CA for nearly 3 decades. Returned to the Mighty Front Range a few years ago, and am excited for the opportunities!
My related creds? I was an Event Promoter in Los Angeles for two years, sponsored by Cuervo and Stoli with over 100 venues and my staff of five. Since 2000 I've worked in the L.A. Music Biz as an Art Director, doing graphic design and video for record labels. Here in CO I have volunteered as an EmCee for the FoCoMX Music Fest for the past 4 years, whilst creating custom posters for each band I worked with. I also annually volunteer for the awesome Founded in FoCo Business Expo, the local ComicCons and various art shows.
I aim to create and provide a wide range of topics and themes, all welcoming and entertaining for us fun-seeking folks! Give me a bit to get things rolling, but I'll be updating over the coming days and weeks- let's launch this 2025 to be a productive and outstanding year!

The Art in Public Places Program is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year! We are celebrating the program and our artists and invite you to participate in an exhibit that will feature the work of our 2025 Transformer Cabinet Mural Program and Pianos About Town program.

The City of Fort Collins showcases pianos painted by local artists throughout the city for public enjoyment. - Transformer Cabinets:
Artists also paint murals on transformer cabinets throughout the city, adding color and artistic expression to public spaces.
Exhibition Reception: Saturday, July 19, 2025, 3pm - 5pm
