Developing a universal design system using StencilJS

Details
JS Frameworks provide out-of-the box functionality that speed up development, but at what cost? Frameworks tend to change frequently, require updates, and often aren't being used across your entire organization... What if you could write your entire design system without being tied to a framework?... enter StencilJS. Now that web components are standardized across major browsers, you can depend on a consistent API - that won't be changing anytime soon. StencilJS (www.stenciljs.com) is a web components compiler that specializes in creating framework agnostic design systems. In this talk, I’ll show how StencilJS is used to build design components, that are written in typescript, compiled to vanilla js web components, are lazy loaded, and polyfilled only when needed, all without being tied to one framework.
