The Kunlun Mountains are referred to as the "dragon's spine" due to their unique geological formations and their significance in Chinese mythology.
I will be referring to the one Kunlun Mountain, one of the 228 mountains in the Kunlun Range.

The Five Spirits (Wu Shen) correspond to the Five Elements. Each element is related to an emotion, a color, a season. We will meet the Spirits and their related emotions as we descend Kunlun Mountain from the ethereal to the corporeal realms.

I have chosen flying and swimming dragon forms to lead us from the mountain peak, down to the darker realms of water and caves. But, I won't leave you there. We will ascend back up the spine on the swimming dragon's back, up to the crown and then back home to the heart.

We will begin at the heart center and end at the heart center. This is an exploration, a journey. But, if you've ever practiced Qigong with Brian, you know it will be gentle and enjoyable.

I do recommend a bit of experience with Qigong or Tai Chi, but it's not necessary.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

There is no charge for this practice, although I do accept "dana" (donations).

If you'd like a bit of information about the Five Spirits, have a look at a blog post I wrote:
