Tuesday evening Run at The Village!
Details
We run on Tuesdays and Thursday nights, and Saturday mornings.
Most of our regular members do not use MeetUp app, so you can expect to meet a lot more people than those who RSVPd here.
Meet and greet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm to start run at 6:15pm just outside of The 519 Community Centre on Church Street. Bag drop available with fellow runners who bring their cars (however, understand that we cannot guarantee availability).
Most of us run in group for 5km, and some 7-10km or more. Some members run slowly and will not leave you behind. From the 519 through Rosedale, the Ravines, and back to the 519.
Runners of all abilities and fitness levels, genders, sexualities (queer-centred, but straight-friendly), ages, and nationalities are welcome. Come join us and feel free to bring friends you'd like to run with.
